Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing technical expertise on Tactile’s product and services portfolio.
- Technical Expertise: possess a deep understanding of Tactile’s product and services portfolio to effectively communicate how Tactile’s products align with client requirements.
- Quote and Proposal Development: prepare accurate and detailed proposals based on customer specifications, providing clear explanations of the technical and commercial aspects involved and value offered by Tactile.
- Market Intelligence: stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for portfolio improvement and innovation.
- Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product- and project management to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects.
- Sales Targets: contribute to the achievement of sales targets by actively seeking out new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Product Knowledge Sharing: train internal and external stakeholders on Tactile’s product and services portfolio.
Qualifications
- minimum of 10 years relevant highly relevant experience
- experienced in working with both partners (resellers) and end users
- excellent communication skills
- ability to present in a clear and understandable manner
- results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- proficiency in relevant software and tools for generating presentations
- you understand the concept of selling value and not only price.
