Extended Warranties

Standard manufacturer warranties vary from 1 to 5 years depending on manufacturer and product family. Tactile is able to extend the original carry-in warranties up to 7 years. Furthermore, an optional 2 years of availability of spare parts can be secured. Doing so, we extend your piece of mind, your comfort. We reduce your and the end user's variable support cost.

Comprehensive ``All-In`` Cover

This cover eliminates all repair costs. Repairs are processed without any costs, no questions asked. Doing so, Tactile allows you to define your TCO sooner as you have no repair costs to take in account. The Comprehensive ``All-In`` Cover is available for warranty programs up to 7 years.

Insurance

Available on its own or in combination with the warranty solutions mentioned above, Tactile's insurance option provides the ultimate comfort. When selected in combination with the Comprehensive ``All-In`` Cover, Total Cost of Ownership can be completely defined before deployment even. All products will be insured against theft, fire, forces of nature and other perils.

Custom SLAs

Tactile is a privately owned, flexible, agile and customer orientated company. We adjust to what is required by parties involved. We can build a custom Service Level Agreement for the partner involved, as well as for the service provider in place, and even tailored directly for the end user when required.
